We offer FREE postage to all UK addresses. If you wish to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm, you can select this option for an extra £9.00 at checkout.

All items are delivered through Royal Mail. This will usually be by 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, which will require a signature. Higher value purchases may be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be posted same day if the item is in stock. Orders placed from Thursday 3pm until Monday 3pm will be posted on the Monday if the item is in stock.

Currently the only country we ship to out of the UK is Ireland.   There is an extra charge of £10.00 for this service which can be selected at checkout, and the item will be sent via Royal Mail International Delivery.

Please note Earrings, Nose Studs and Body Jewellery are not returnable for reasons of health and safety.

We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron cards.

Sorry, we do not offer a pick up or collection service.

All our jewellery is hallmarked as required under the Hallmarking Act 1973. Items weighing less than 0.50 gram for platinum, 1.00 gram for gold and 7.78 grams for silver are exempt from hallmarking. There is an international convention which governs the mutual recognition of hallmarks.  You can find more information on the government's website.
