Returns and refunds

We've prepared this page to answer the most common questions we receive. If your question isn't answered here or you need more information, please contact us.

We are so confident that you will be delighted with any product bought from our product range that we are pleased to be able to offer an extended customer care service beyond our obligations under 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations'.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, please return the item in its original condition including packaging within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and reason for return. We will then issue you with a full refund.

We do not offer free returns and you are welcome to use whichever delivery service to return to us, but please be aware that the item is your responsibility until receipt is confirmed by Your Local Jeweller. It is for this reason that we recommend using an insured carrier, which fully covers the value of the goods, for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please complete and print this Returns Form and include it in your return.

Once we access your item, we aim to complete your refund to the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving your return.

If in the unlikely event you find your product to be faulty. Please accept our sincere apologies, and return to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement.
